can't find my address on the map?
Currently,
we only have detailed map data on Taipei City. If you
are searching for an address that lies outside Taipei
City, we may not be able to present you with a precisely
mapped location.

dose "Landmark" mean?
You
can use the "Landmark" function to find
a well-known physical landmark, for example, Taipei
Main Station, Taipei World Trade Center. Landmark may
be a government institution, travel attraction, accommodation,
foreign bank, and consulate in Taiwan, etc.

I collect my favorite map?
If you
have registered as a member of our website, you
can save all your favorite maps in your personal
name card. Just click Save
from the navigation bar located on the right
hand side of every map. When you enter your personal
name card, you'll find all places and locations that
you've saved before.

| How
many ways I can use to find a location?
There
are two ways to find a location on our website.
One is to use
a Landmark search. The other is to use
an address search. When you enter the information
of the location that you want, the map you need
will be showed.

How
can I move the map?
You
can use the compass points located in the right
side of the map to move your map toward eight
different directions: N (North), S (South), E
(East) , W (West), NE (Northeast), NW (Northwest),
SE (Southeast) and SW (Southwest)
Also,
you can use the zoom bar located in the right
side of the map to change level of a map. By clicking
the zoom out button or the minus(-)sign,
you can view bigger area within the map. On the
other hand, by clicking the zoom in button or
the plus (+) sign, you can view smaller area within
the map.
If
you want to move a sign on the map, just click
move sign navigation bar or directly move the
sign on the map. Then the sign will be moved to
a certain point you want.

What
do I do if I would like to email a map?
If
you would like to send someone a map, just click
the "E-mail" located in the right column.
Then, fill in the "Send To" , Subject,
and Message box. Finally, click "Send
E-mail", and this map will be sent to the
recipient you specified.

is the best way to print a map?
For
best printing results, you can click the "Print"
located in the right column.

Why
do I get the message "Server Too Busy"?
This message
indicates a temporary server problem. If the problem
persists, it may be due to unusually heavy online traffic
delaying the transmission of information. You may also
see this message if your're connecting to the server
through a proxy that is malfunctioning. Please wait
a few minutes and then try again.
